To use the HYC Fitness Center you must:
1.) Be HYC Member
2.) Be 18 years of age or older or a member’s child of the ages 16 or 17 years under the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
3.) Have attended an HYC Fitness Orientation Session with fitness trainer
Jim Isom (936-1040). The orientation and a medical history disclosure are required to ensure the health, safety and standards of use are maintained for the benefit of all our members.
The following regulations apply when using the facility:
1.) Sign in upon every use
2.) Appropriate shoes, shirts and general attire are required
3.) No eating, alcoholic beverages, horseplay or smoking
4.) Use a towel on benches-be courteous to others
5.) Return all weights & other equipment to original position
6.) Do not remove any equipment from the Fitness Center
7.) HYC Fitness Center entry door must remain locked when not in use
8.) All equipment used must be wiped down
1.) All Personal Trainers must be registered
at the business office prior to entry
2.) All Personal Trainers must be accompanied by their sponsoring member
3.) No Solicitation Allowed
4.) Personal Trainers are not subject to guest fees
5.) Scheduling-More than one Personal Trainer using the Fitness Center at any specific time is prohibited. All Personal trainers are required to post all regularly scheduled training sessions at least one week in advance. All Personal Trainers are required to post unscheduled training sessions prior to start time.
6.) A Personal Trainer has access to any one piece of equipment at a time. Holding equipment for use is prohibited. HYC members retain right of access to any open piece of equipment.
7) Permission for a Personal Trainer to be on HYC premises can and may be revoked at any time and for any reason.
