Jumbo lump crab meat cake, poached egg, remoulade sauce, scallions

 Entrees:
Seared Diver Scallops
Butternut squash, Ali’i mushroom risotto, miso sesame sauce, mango coulis

Baked Shrimp Crusted Opakapaka
Unagi glaze, ginger infused basmati rice, garlic fried baby bok choy

Surf and Turf
6oz. Tenderloin, cracked peppercorn crust, blue cheese compound butter, baked potato, asparagus,
1/2 lb. snow crab legs

Whole Deep Fried Kichiji
Chinese vegetables, sweet sake dashi broth, steamed rice

Fresh 1.5 lb Keahole Lobster
You will still need to Pre– order the Keahole Lobster by Tuesday, Sept. 29th.
